Shooting at Capella Ubud is always a memorable experience. The resort sits deep in the Keliki jungle and feels like a hidden retreat. With twenty three unique tents, each styled differently, the property blends luxury and nature in a beautiful way. Every corner offers rich textures, carved details, and warm light that is perfect for photography.
Yash contacted me for a pre wedding session during his stay at the resort. Before we continued our photo trip around Bali, we began with a relaxed shoot inside Capella. I always recommend this. If you stay in a beautiful resort, it is worth asking for photo permission. Most hotels will give it, although some may say no with many reasons.
Yash is a little shy when the camera comes out. It took him a few moments to settle in, but he soon relaxed and moved naturally. Manasi is confident and graceful. She responds easily to direction and looks comfortable in every scene. Together, they balance each other well and make a wonderful pair to photograph.
We walked along the jungle paths and explored the lounge and terrace. The morning light was soft and created a calm atmosphere. The shoot felt easy, almost like they were enjoying their stay while I documented the moments. Capella Ubud brings out a warm and intimate feel, and it became the perfect start to their pre wedding journey in Bali.
